Pop-up Events (Zoom)
Yoga & Meditation--Tuesday/Thursday @ 9:15am
Yoga is a fluid integration of breathing (pranayama) exercises, physical posturing (asana), and other teachings relative to body mechanics, anatomy . . . etc. 2nd Tuesdays are more meditation-focused, and may include a few light stretches to relax the body. Whether you're a beginner, or you're an experienced yoga and meditation practitioner, this pop-up series is designed to celebrate your wholeness, your intention to honor and elevate your life experience, and to encourage a harmonious interplay of mind, body, and soul.
Sign Up & Pay What You Can
Sign up at least 24 hours in advance to participate. Donations are welcome, and can be used to help me serve those who are experiencing economic hardship. If you're not sure what to submit, here are a couple of suggestions: $5 per class, or $40 for the month.
